A double deep pallet rack saves room at the expense of aisles. Product handling equipment of a larger lifting capacity is needed for such racks. Typically, telescopic forklifts are used in product handling, but they require free space under the pallet. It is created by placing pallets on the front and rear supporting bars attached to the consoles that are installed to the beams.
System features:
- The double width storage system is economic because it is erected on one side frame.
- Consoles weldable on the beams are available in different lengths.
- The supporting bars for pallets, or cross-beams are bolted to the consoles.
- Even very high shelving systems can be erected fast and safely.
