This storage method is based on compact stockhandling in combination with the first in/first out principle.The pallet/box rolls through the racking structure on an inclined track from loading to unloading.This offers unlimited options for handling goods of different weights and sizes.
Pallet handling
The lower front pallet can be handled with a pallet truck because the height of this track is 60 mm and separated. To be able to handle the pallet in the picking position, we use pallet separation, which allows picked pallets to be removed without anyweight-loading from the pallets behind. We canal so separate all pallets depth-wise if the goods do not permit weight-loading from pallets behind.
Box and bin handling
For streamlined, ergonomic picking from boxes or bins, we have systems with independent racking or built into the pallet racking. Width and depth are matched to the size of the products with a maximum width of around 3000 mm and a maximum depth of around 4500 mm. Capacity has been maximised at 1250 kg per level. For maximum ergonomics, we can also expose the pick level towards the picker. Roller racking with a separation of 28 mm and a capacity of 8 kg per roller optimises the function of the roller racking. A separator height of 55 mm or a universal variety allows separation into channels by width and design.
