Mobile racking saves considerable amounts of space and gives rise to a utilisation level of up to 85% of the premises, as the number of truck aisles can be reduced to a minimum.
Mobile units are often used in locations where storage space is expensive, such as in frozen and refrigerated stores. We offer electrically operated units with lengths of up to 50 meters and loads of 500 tons which are manoeuvred with remote controls on the forklift or with a simple push of the button. The opening tine is approximately 35 seconds. Or you can choose a manual unit with manual crank operation, with a length of approximately 10 meters and loads of approximately 5 tons.
Safety
The access routes in and out of the aisles are fitted with photoelectric cell screening to prevent crush injuries.
Even movement
The trucks are operated individually with a separation distance predetermined by capacitive sensors, to prevent the trucks or goods from bumping into one another. The correct number of motors in the truck guarantees a constant, balanced movement, even for long sections. Everything is controlled by PLCs of wellknown makes.
Durability and cost-effective
Sliding shelve system is very simple, carefree and therefore very durable.
50% higher price per shelf meter compensates 50% in saving of the floor capacity in less than a year.
Different options
Rolling rails allow installing special archival shelves, lightweight product modular shelves, universal shelves and pallet racks as well (heavy weight product shelves) and all options offered by those shelving systems can be used.
