Axelent industrial partitions for warehouses and production premises

Axelent  wire mesh partitions are manufactured according to European Standard EN 294 for separation around the danger zones - mashinery (i.e. robots, conveyers, lifting equpment) including separation of the working area. Partitions can be equipped with one or double sided folding doors or doors on hinges.

Locking options are as follows: 

• Hanging lock
• Cylinder lock
• Electronic including panic locking.

Axelent  wire mesh partitions come in 3 different types: 

• I-3000 – universal  modular system, allows to build partitions as high as 4 - 5 meter.

• R-2000 – Modular system attachable on storing racks for catwalk protection against possible fall of items from the shelves.

  Wire mesh: D=2,5 and 3 mm
  Wire hole: 50x30 / 90x50 mm
  Wire mesh colour: epoxide colour, light grey, RAL 9018

Industrial PVC curtain and strip doors.
Warranty 5 years – in sunlight does not change colour or brickle.

PVC curtain provides:

• Reducing heat loss
• Protect working environment from dust and noise
• Special material protecting against welding radiation

Two different materials which provide different temperature tolerance options:

• Standard curtain (+65°C to -35°C)
• Polar – for extra low temperatures (up to  -45°C)

Two different openings

• Flat curtain – comfortable for walking access
• Raised – accessing with machinery lined surface would not loose visibility. It is important from the safety standpoint.

Three attaching options

• Standard – stationary attachment
• Hanging – can be removed for summer season
• Rail attachment – sliding on sides.

PVC  strip is manufactured in 3 different width and diameter

• 200x2mm
• 300x3mm
• 400x4mm
