Cantilever racking

Cantilever racks are designed for storing goods whose measurements exceed those of the pallets (e.g. long details). The specifics of the system, including the measurements of the racks and bearing capacity of the construction are based on the exact needs of the client.

Due to wide production options we design and manufacture necessary accessories for shelving specific goods, as well as for the safe usage of safety equipment shelving systems. These systems can be installed into a warehouse as well as onto an open storage site. The components chosen according to the client’s needs ensure the strength and safe usage of the racks.

Cantilever racks, also known as lumber racks are a solution where goods are stacked on protruding cantilevers or “arms”. Goods stacked on bottom levels are well accessible by unit (active sites), whereas top levels are more suited to be used as so-called buffer stock (reserve sites). Cantilevers can be installed with a slight inclination and stoppers or “lips” at the ends in order to prevent round goods from rolling off.

Cantilever racks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Cantilever racks are designed for the stacking of long materials such as metal profiles, various pipes, lumber, tiles, etc. The top cantilevers may also be used as the bearing structure for a canopy.

The framework of the cantilever can be adjusted according to needs. Ask for quotes to one- or two-sided constructions. We need to know the height of the rack, the number of cantilevers on one side and bearing capacity per cantilever.
